Verge Studio is a video marketing agency based in Sydney, Australia. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Verge Studio. You can contact us at info@vergestudio.com.au.

We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

When you fill in a form on Facebook or Instagram, book a call through our website, or contact us, we may collect: your name, email address and phone number; your business name, type and Instagram handle; your suburb; your role; your approximate marketing budget; and anything else you choose to tell us.

When you visit our website we also collect basic technical information such as your device, browser and the pages you view. We use the Meta pixel and similar tools to measure how our ads perform.

We use your information to contact you about the offer you responded to (including our free reels offer), to book and run calls, to provide our services, to improve our website and ads, and to meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as Meta (lead forms and advertising), Calendly (bookings), our website host (Vercel) and our email and file storage providers. They may only use it to provide their service to us.

Some of these providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States. By giving us your information you understand this may happen.

Our website uses cookies and the Meta pixel so we can understand which ads lead to visits and bookings. You can turn off cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram settings.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above, then delete or de-identify it.

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of hearing from us at any time by emailing info@vergestudio.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable time.

If you have a concern about how we handled your information, email us and we will investigate. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
